In the heat of the action, it is easy to forget that there is a person behind every screen. At NYMERIA Corp, respect is non-negotiable. This value applies to every moment of the association’s life: during matches, on the Discord server, at events. Toxicity has no place here.
Team spirit
eSports is a team sport. We win together, we lose together, we grow together. Contrary to the image of the lone gamer in their bedroom, eSports is deeply collective. A team that works is five players who trust each other, communicate, accept their mistakes, and celebrate their successes together.
Self-improvement
Setting goals, making progress, challenging yourself, pushing your limits. eSports is demanding. It takes time, focus, and discipline. But that is also what makes it so rewarding. We support our members in this journey by offering a structured framework that allows everyone to progress at their own pace, from beginner to confirmed player.
